Mottainai Thanks Furoshiki

This Mottainai Thanks Furoshiki is made of a fiber manufactured from recycled PET plastic bottles. It is designed as a strawberry when bundled up using the watermelon carry wrap.

Mottainai is a Japanese word for wasteful and it’s used in everyday conversation as an expression of shame for something to go to waste without having made use of to its fullest. In English, it’s used to as a keyword for environmental conservation.

The ‘Thanks’ is included as part of the sale is contributed to conservation efforts.

Each piece costs 5,300 Yen (approx. SGD 78/USD 53).
