WTWY: Tracy at Pink Purl

My new series “What travels with you?” continues with my good friend Tracy over at Pink Purl!

Let’s take a look at her essentials, shall we?

1. Travel toothbrush and paste. Neat little two-in-one kit with folding brush and re-fill paste by Jordan here in Norway.
2. Lavender essential oil. Pure essential oil of lavender is a little wonder in a bottle! For external use only–it can help relieve headache, fatigue, cuts, stings, insect bites, joint pain, coughs and other symptoms of common cold and flu, reduces nausea, gas and improves digestion, and eases menstrual discomfort. It’s an all-round healer.
3. Moisturizer. Air travel is drying to the skin, and I already have dry skin so this is big must have.
4. Lip Balm. Goes in tune with #3 above–dryness prevention, this time the lips.
5. Clean underwear! Yes… after having had my luggage stolen once, and several instances of luggage not arriving at destination due to connection mishaps and/or flight changes, some extra undies are always packed in my handbag/carry on–especially for longer trips/flights.
