Refreshing early days

Happy 2008! And thank you everyone for the Christmas and New Year greetings! My heart warms up each time an email that carries a little message from each one of you arrives in my mailbox.

It’s a refreshing start for this new year because of the cool weather. Cool enough to forget about the fan or aircon during the day and during the night, while at home. And cool means 25-27 degree Celsius. Today, I could leave home wearing a particular 100% polyester long-sleeve blouse that would otherwise be untouchable for most part of the year.

Though it won’t be cool enough for me to dress a snowman here, it’s nice to watch others do it. You can download and print a 2008 calendar featuring illustrations by Igloo Dining, including the one above.

Very cute illustrations/calendar! It’s snowing here today in Norway, and cold -1 celcius. I have a feeling it’ll be a tea and hot chocolate day with a fire going! Happy weekend, dear friend ((HUGS))

Your weather today sounds perfect! It’s about 4 celsius in Ontario (Canada) today … much warmer than it was last week. Wishing you a wonderful 2008! ~ Lynda xo

Happy New Year to you, too! It’s -22C right now so your place sounds like a little piece of heaven. I’m glad you have had some relief from the overwhelming humidity/heat.

I’m glad too our paths crossed this past year and that our bloggy worlds can keep colliding this year, too. :)
