Mizuhiki knot candies
[Chapter: Japanese + zakka]
These candies by Toraya (who makes very exquisite sweets and desserts) resemble the Japanese mizuhiki cords tied into a musubi (knot). As you would have expected, each musubi has a different flavour. There is mint, ginger, plum, yuzu (a citrus fruit) and cassia (a member of the cinnamon family).
