Italiano organico

There’s a little Italian festival happening here and part of it showcases organic foodstuff from Alce Nero.

Some of their products can already be found at various supermarkets + small organic shops as I’ve cooked with their tomato sause and olive oil before, but here I’m seeing a slightly wider selection.

I picked up a pack of linguine before leaving. I’ve never cooked linguine before.
