Exposing garlic – keep calm

As I was preparing food one day and was basically doing the same usual thing of peeling a garlic, getting a few cloves ready to be minced, I ACCIDENTALLY discovered something else which left me utterly surprised!

I knew I had to capture what I saw on my cutting board and with further manipulation, I’ve uncovered many of garlic’s flattering sides.

Hence join me every week in a new series called “Exposing garlic”, where you will be treated with blooming scenes of garlic, like you’ve never seen before or have never come to expect! This comes with a hope that you will be inspired to look at garlic (food or things in general) in a brand new light.

Just so that you know that I LOVE garlic and use it in virtually all my cooking.

We all know the goodness of garlic but not possible for anyone to eat it at home, not even me, until we discovered the joy of having it roasted in the oven, now everyone eats an entire garlic head..at times 2. I’d love to see what you are going to do with these great food :P

I popped over here from some blog link and imagine my surprise when I saw this delightful image on your header. My family has a garlic business and these just tickled my fancy. You should make postcards or something!!
