I really don’t like super crowded places and yet I was there. At the IT fair, during the weekend. If it wasn’t because we were thinking of getting a laptop.

There were all sorts of freebies for every shopper. One even gave free Formula 1 jackets with their notebooks and desktops. Hub bought some blank DVDs and was handed free TDK earphones and 3 ink markers for the DVDs. We think it’s clearance.

Eventually, we decided to continue to wait to buy a laptop though we found Acer’s to be the best in terms of price and configuration. There were also some entertaining highlights for me, like the antibacterial keyboard from Lenovo and the 12.1″ ultra light NEC notebook that weighs a measly 1.25kg with a 6-cell battery!
