Asian Investment
[Chapter: Living]
On Sunday, I was at an investment fair because hub wanted to attend 2 talks related to stocks, one of which was conducted by Mr Li Xinjing, a well-known and immensely popular speaker. His session (above) was packed and we had to stand at the back after we came in from a talk that just ended in the next room. We suspected that those who had seats must have attended a session (which wasn’t their main interest) held in the same room just before Mr Li’s in order to secure their seats. Which is wise if you don’t want to stand for the next one and a half hours or so to hear him speak.
