Have you seen this one piece wonder by Washington-based Knitsome Studio? So beautifully designed! This is my new fave and so is the ruffled necklet, another wonder.

While having tea + toast in Toastbox, a rustic-style cafe, I fell in love with the nifty idea behind the 2-faced menu stand on the table.

Hinge to join at the top.

Screw eyes and a string at the bottom.

“Fold In Fold Out” is designed by the Origata Design Institute. Though the pictures don’t show, there are up to 32 different ways to fold this sheet up.
Origata is the art of gift wrapping using washi paper, an ancient Japanese tradition where wrapping is done with great care.

While browsing the shoe shelves in my favourite department store, I came across some cool shoes from UN (United Nude) and amongst them were these wow wild heels! Believe it or not I had the courage to try them all (except the boot, too shy to reach for it) and each time it felt like I was stepping on thin ice or rather more accurately walking on stilts!

How luscious are these pouches by Kinies?! Got to love the new take on ruffles!
